About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and increase overall sales revenue.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive growth while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities in the UK and international markets  
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and distributors  
- Develop and execute effective sales growth strategies  
- Generate leads through networking, research, referrals, and digital channels  
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity  
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals  
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close commercial deals  
- Maintain long-term client relationships to increase retention and repeat business  
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support overall growth  
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings  
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
